Vendor, Budget, and Design Assistance One meeting is designed to assist with the vendor selection process, establishing a budget, and preparing for site design set-up. It offers a great resource for the bride who wants to plan and coordinate her own day.
Finishing Touches Package
As your big day approaches, couples tend to want to spend more time with family and friends especially those coming from out-of-town. Unfortunately during this crucial time there are usually 101 details to attend to in order for your wedding day to run smoothly. Your wedding coordinator can assist with these last minute details to take some of the burden off of your shoulders. Items may include:
• Two meetings with the couple
• Four weeks in advance
• Site location walk through
• Develop Wedding Day Time Line
• Assist with setup Ceremony & Reception
• Coordinate with DJ, Caterer & Vendors etc.
• Etiquette advisement
• Access to coordinators via phone and email
• Distribution of bouquets, corsages, and boutonniere

Premium Package
This package is led by the experts to finalize the logistics of your wedding plans removing all the stress and revealing the joy. This includes Finishing Touches Package.

• Three to six months in advance
• Create Wedding Day Budget
• Vendor & Professional Referrals
• Review all wedding details and contracts
• Decorate your Honeymoon suite
• Assist with rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Elite Package
This package is perfect for the couple who is on the run, always busy with work and other things that life throws at them. This includes Premium and Finishing Touches packages.
• Full Service planning and coordination
• Six to seven meetings with the couple
• Six to twelve month in advance
• Wedding site selection
• Create and Design wedding day theme
• Hotel coordination for out of town guests
• Complete arrangement of guests transportation
• Wedding floor Plan coordination for vendors
• Assist with rehearsal (3hrs)
• Monitor ceremony and reception from set up to clean up
• Unlimited consultation hours, phone calls and e-mails
A La Carte
A la Carte services are booked in two hours increments.
