Information we collect

When you send an inquiry through the website, you may provide:

• your name
• your partner's name
• your email address
• your wedding or event date
• your estimated guest count
• your venue or location
• details you choose to include about your celebration

We also receive information you send when you contact us by email or continue a conversation about planning services.

The companies that host the website, deliver its fonts, protect it from misuse, and process its inquiry form may receive technical information needed to provide those services. That information can include an IP address, browser or device information, the referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of a request.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your event, prepare for consultations, and provide services you request. We may also use it to keep business records, protect the website from spam or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We do not add inquiry email addresses to a marketing list.

When information is shared

The website uses Basin to process inquiry submissions and send them to the Events by Gisele email account. Basin processes information under its own privacy policy.

We may also give information to website hosting, email, security, and other service providers when they need it to perform work for Events by Gisele. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, clients, or property.

Events by Gisele does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and browser tracking

The current website does not use analytics tools or advertising pixels. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so a visitor's browser sends a technical request to Google to retrieve those files.

Events by Gisele does not currently collect information about a visitor's activity over time across unrelated websites. Because the business does not conduct that type of tracking, the website does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

Basin and Google may receive technical information when their services load or a form is submitted. Their own privacy policies control how they process that information, including whether they combine it with information from other services.

If analytics, advertising tools, or other tracking technologies are added, this policy will be updated before those tools are turned on.

How long we keep information

If an inquiry does not become a client relationship, we delete the inquiry information within 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep information while it is needed for our relationship and afterward when required for business or legal recordkeeping.

Your choices

You may email info@eventsbygisele.com to ask what inquiry information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review and respond to the request as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be kept for legal, security, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution reasons.

You can choose not to submit the inquiry form and contact Events by Gisele by email or phone instead.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for people seeking event-planning services. It is not directed to children under 13, and Events by Gisele does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
