There are no words to describe how wonderful Gisele is and how grateful my husband and I are for her. Matt and I live In Sacramento, were married on July 7, 2017 in San Diego, and here it is 360 days later and I am finally writing a revIew for her. My tardiness has nothing to do with her or the service she provided for us, but I have really struggled wIth finding the proper words to fully encompass the beyond perfect job she did for us in makIng our dreams come true. I am a complete worry wart (my husband would agree) and thanks to Gisele,I had nothIng to worry about because she kept us on track and in the rIght frame of mind along the way. Just having her In the room put my mind at ease. Matt and I worked closely with her describing the vision of our dream day and Gisele brought the “A Team“ together that we needed In order to execute what we wanted and more. We would make decisions on this or that along the way, but when it was our big day and we saw it all come together, we were In complete awe. We STILL are. Our wedding was more perfect than we ever dreamed it to be…thanks to Gisele. Gisele’s classy, polite, beyond professional, punctual, has excellent taste and is very clear and to the point. She Is very busIness-mInded and excludes ner pinion unless you ask for It. Gisele may have been our wedding planner, but time after time, she went above and beyond the call of duty. Gisele has the warmest, loving heart and welcomed us into her famIly and became a part or ours. She was Mats and my rock. Gisele did such an AMAZING job to make our son’s Bar Mitzvah party everything he had wanted, and more. Tim’s 50th Birthday Celebration

Gisele was invaluable in helping me organize a 50th birthday party for my husband. When we finally decided to host the party, we didn’t have a lot of time to pull the event together. Gisele’s knowledge of and contacts with catering and party equipment suppliers were invaluable. In addition, her artist’s eye helped us create a tone and mood for the party and her planner’s experience helped us realized that vision with organization and a budget. Lastly, on the day of the party, she made it possible for us to actually enjoy the day while she and her staff took on responsibility for managing all vendors and last-minute issues that popped up. Gisele’s calm nature, graceful artistry and organizational skills make her an excellent party planner. I can’t recommend her enough.

She is highly knowledgeable when it comes to design, and she knows everyone in the wedding industry. She is extremely organized, and always has a smile on her face. When it came to the day of our wedding, all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the show. Without her and her team, I couldn’t imagine having to orchestrate such a large event. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding job you did executing all the aspects for our 10th Anniversary Party. Over the years I have personally planned and carried out large and small events for business and pleasure. Additionally, I have worked with Event Planners in business and personal capacities. In the beginning I was uncertain of a smooth process as we found it somewhat difficult finding acceptable space. Your attention to detail, my personal pet peeve, and tenaciousness is unmatched. Further, it was impressive that you were able to secure a band, photographer, caterer and event space with a six-month lead time. That would be expected of a top-notch Planner, however the event was held in August, in La Jolla, on the Ocean. Moreover, with the exception of the event space each of the other services for the party were donated, and purchased by us, as part of an event benefiting Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. Gisele, you and all your partners helped Tim and I celebrate our anniversary EXACTLY the way we wanted to. Thank you for not only for your generous donation, but also for a party that we, our friends and family all thoroughly enjoyed!

My husband and I got married on June 28th, 2014. To make our lives easier we hired Gisele as our wedding coordinator. This was one of the best decisions we made. First of all, she is an excellent resource. I told her what I wanted my wedding to look like, and she worked countless hours with me to make it happen. We saw multiple vendors across the city. What’s nice is that she has worked with these vendors before, so they are reliable, plus they usually always gave us a discount. Secondly, Gisele made sure that everyone was on the same page. We had a timeline, and Gisele called each vendor confirming everything days before the wedding. Finally, I would say that Gisele was most valuable the day of the wedding. She took care of EVERYTHING. I had enough to worry about, so I gave her all the stress to have the day of I just showed up. I am so glad I did this because on the day of my wedding problems did arise (none her fault). If I didn’t have Gisele I would have had to deal with those problems myself during the wedding. Having Gisele there made it a non-issue. She just took care of it, and I didn’t even have to know about it until after the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Gisele for your event. She is awesome.

Gisele was an amazing coordinator! We initially thought that we could plan everything ourselves but boy were we wrong! From the beginning Gisele was so friendly and so professional that we knew it would be exciting to work with her. It was clear that she loves what she does and that she wants each and every wedding to be the perfect day for the bride, groom and their families She gave great input but did not overtake our opinions. She allowed us to have the wedding that we wanted and never made a decision without our approval. Yet, she made things so much easier by getting to know us and getting to know what we liked. When it came down to deciding on vendors she was able to narrow it down to a few vendors for us to pick from as opposed to having to sit down and meet 1000 people. The day of the wedding Gisele was phenomenal. She was so organized and on top of everything that we had nothing to worry about and we could just enjoy our day. During the wedding anytime we wanted to worry about anything we would just look at Gisele and she was so calm that it was reassuring. The wedding was better than we could have ever imagined, and we owe a great deal of that to Gisele.

Hiring Events by Gisele, was the smartest decision I made when planning my wedding. I cannot imagine what it would have been like to plan a wedding for 400 guests on my own. Gisele was so helpful throughout every aspect of the planning process. She went above and beyond and on the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing. She was 10 steps ahead of me at all times. If I was thinking to myself, “I think the lights need to be dimmed”, no more than a minute later they were dimmed. It was a big relief or me to know that Gisele is my event planner and day after day I grew more confident that hiring Events by Gisele was the best decision I made in starting to plan a very important and special day for my family: Our parents’ 50th Anniversary. “The New Year theme was so exquisite that it only could be labeled a Mid-Winter’s Night Dream. Prior to entering the hall, the guests were graced at the lounge with a variety of elegant piano pieces. Additionally, the guests were able to nibble on the delicious appetizers. Once entering the hall it felt as though we had entered a dream filled with mystic and creativity. The purple, gold, green & rust colors of the linens, the candelabra centerpieces decorated with colorful boas, beautiful feather masks and maracas, that doubled as party favors created an unprecedented ambiance. This blissful night was created by the Events by Gisele team of Nada Adjadj & Gisele Chalhoub. We would like to thank sincerely for the great job you both did to make our New Years Eve night a memorable one.
