Alexis and Jamil’s San Diego Wedding can be described as: luxe, elegant, light & beautiful! Events By Gisele had the amazing opportunity to plan and coordinate this incredibly special occasion.

The ceremony was held at the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in San Diego. It was a beautiful ceremony, complete with fun end of aisle flower arrangements of Dusty Miller, peach Garden Roses and Stock, from Lois Matthews Design.  Thanks to Emilio Azevedo Photography for capturing the day so spectacularly!

Alexis wanted touches of femininity- we achieved that with light pink bridesmaid gowns, a beautifully textured sweetheart table linen in pink rose pattern, and with light colored pink, white, and peach colored blooms: roses, orchids, hydrangea and dusty miller. We especially LOVE this escort card table with the elegant orchids and glass accents!

The room at the San Diego Marriott Marquis was brightly lit thanks to the use of tealight candles everywhere, and the beautiful illumination of lighting expert Tim Altbaum (now Vario Productions).

The cake table was another spectacular sight: made by San Diego’s BabyCakes, and wrapped with blooms all the way to the top. More blooms clustered at the bottom, and a similarly elegant table linen graced the candlelit table. The epitome of lovely, just like the rest of this wedding!
